This foundation was started in Memory of two youths Daudi Okello and Jildo Irwa who are martyrs of Uganda and loved the children and youth a lot and sacrificed their lives to provide them with basic education and faith.

Our Mission is to improve the livelihoods of children through education and also to enhance the economic empowerment of women in Odokomit, in the district of Lira in Uganda.

FAMCU FOUNDATION operates under a board of trustees of four volunteer members without payment. Within the board, there are two Directors who are the signatories of the account. These are the chairperson/Director and the Secretary General of the organization. Specific names are available in the About section.
